PERSONA. Emmaline is pure sunshine in personified motion. To her, everyone she meets is an old friend deserving of her kindness. She always actively listens to those around her, putting everything else aside to give her full attention. She is an incurable romantic who dreams of love for everyone. She weeps over sad and happy endings, always full of the emotions she takes in, whether through literature or television. Despite her bubbly radiance, there's a loneliness behind her optimism about love. Unable to see her own red string, she has spent her whole life wondering if the thing she adores so much will ever find her in return.

EYES : wide and bright, the color is a blend of violet and rose which catch the light and seem to sparkle. upon close inspection, her pupils are not round, but instead heart-shaped.
HAIR : cascading down her back in soft waves, the color is a warm honey brown. she frequently wears it half-up, allowing soft strands to frame her face, but keeping most of it tucked up, out of her way.
HEIGHT : tall by comparison to many cupids, emmaline stands at 5'6. she has a pear-shaped figure, with slender, willowy limbs.
GENERAL : when she smiles, it is with her whole being; eyes shining, wings fluttering, she becomes a source of light and happiness. her wings are small and have a faint pink, pearlescent sheen, more evident in bright light. her skin has a faint rosy sheen, and her cheeks are often pink. she has a constant bounce in her step, and her high energy radiates from her, infecting those around her.

Created to be a guardian over love, Emmaline knew from the moment she came into existence that her purpose was to guide. Crafted by the universe to mend hearts and kindle the embers of affection, she spent her life guiding her charges to find the love they needed most, no matter what kind that might be. She protected her charges, teaching them to love, all the while coming to the terrible realization that she herself would never know that feeling.She could not see her own red string and as the long years passed, she came to believe that it did not exist. She was destined to lead others to love, but never to discover it for herself.

Singing as a profession came to Emmaline unexpectedly. Music had always held a deep place in her heart; it connected people of all kinds and bridged gaps that would otherwise remain cavernous and insurmountable. She'd never imagined herself singing professionally, though. Being talented in music and art wasn't uncommon among cupids, and Emmaline was no different than the others. She sang and played the piano at parties, delighting when she could bring joy to others.It was during an impromptu street performance that she joined in when Emmaline was scouted by a member of Blacklist Labels and encouraged to join.

Being an idol wasn't easy and came with a long list of challenges she wasn't used to facing. She struggled each day against herself to keep going, making it through hard dance practices and long vocal lessons. In the end, though, Emmaline was able to debut and make a place for herself on stage before the world. Though it gives her a new focus and sense of purpose, she remains on the hunt for her own dreams and her true purpose: her next charge and the person she's been waiting for her whole life.
